I am on a trip but my per diem is missing for the past few days. How do I refresh my per diem trip data?
- Verify your Privacy & Location Services Settings are set to "Allow all the time"
- Cellular connectivity and network traffic volumes occasionally prevent the app from automatically updating per diem data.
- Select the HELP menu (upper righthand corner) on both Per Diem Plus - Owner Operator and FLEETS app.
- Tap Synchronize Data with Server to refresh current trip data.
Per diem location is stored on your device until it can be uploaded to our cloud server. Missing per diem days will appear on your device (TRIP tab) after you sync your data with our server.
