What Is The Difference: Qualified Per Diem Days and Comprehensive Report?

Qualified Per Diem Days: The report includes only the earned Full Per Diem events, Partial Per Diem events and Expenses.

  • For the “Partial Per Diem” events a reason will be provided as to why a Full Per Diem was not met.

Comprehensive Report: The report includes all “activity” (Full Per Diem events, Partial Per Diem events, no Per Diem events and Expenses) for the specified date range.

  • For the “No Per Diem” events a reason will be provided as to why the Per Diem was not met. For the “Partial Per Diem” events a reason will be provided as to why a Full Per Diem was not met.

Note: Only the PDF report format will include receipt images.
